KUNDALINI

A transformative practice moving with the breath to release stagnant energy, providing emotional regulation by stimulating acupressure points in the body. Through mantra meditation, we will tune in to a deeper level of consciousness, awakening ourselves to a whole new world.​​​

Ha “Sun” Tha “Moon”, creates harmony of the two energies through postures, meditations, and breathwork. We will work to balance the mind, body, and soul providing you the space to relax & unwind, as well as stretch and strengthen the body.

Yin Yoga

A passive practice to increase flexibility in the physical body and regulate the nervous system. Deep stretches & long pauses with the use of props help to relax and let go. Relax and just be.

Gong Bath &
Guided Meditation

Guided through a short meditation to a state of deep relaxation and emotional release, a gong bath is one of the most relaxing meditations due to the sound & vibrations of the gongs.
